Purpose of the job

The programme aims to develop a Business Administration learner by combining academic knowledge, practical training, and workplace experience. Its goal is to produce a competent professional who can support efficient office operations and organisational processes, while preparing them with the skills and experience needed to succeed in the workplace.

Key performance area

  • Attend theoretical and practical learning components within the Business Administration function.
  • Complete summative assessments.
  • Maintain and submit logbooks.
  • Carry out all occupationally related workplace experience activities at NCP Chlorchem.
  • Compile and submit technical reports.

Knowledge / skills/ Competencies

  • Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Planning and organising skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Time management

Experience

  • 1 – 2 years general office administration experience (advantageous)

Qualifications:

  • Matric

Personal Circumstances:

  • Must be able to obtain a satisfactory medical report from the companies’ medical centre.
